Refunds are only provided according to the terms outlined below. By booking with SkyTracker Florida, you agree to this policy.
Refunds depend on the rules of the tour operators providing the activity.
Some tours are non-refundable, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for booking, unless otherwise agreed.
2. Cancellations by Customer
If you cancel your tour, the refund amount will depend on the operator’s cancellation policy.
Refunds for cancellations made well in advance are usually higher than those made closer to the tour date.
Any non-refundable deposits or fees will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
Example:
Cancel more than 14 days before the tour: 80–100% refund (depending on operator)
Cancel 7–14 days before the tour: 50% refund (if allowed by operator)
Cancel less than 7 days before the tour: usually non-refundable
3. Changes to Your Booking
Changes to dates or tours may be possible depending on availability.
Some changes may incur additional fees.
Refunds are only provided if the change cannot be accommodated.
4. Cancellations by Operators
Sometimes third-party operators cancel tours due to weather, safety, or technical issues.
In such cases, you may be offered:
A full or partial refund (if allowed by the operator)
An option to reschedule
A credit for a future booking
SkyTracker Florida LLC is not responsible for cancellations outside our control, but we will assist in arranging alternatives whenever possible.
5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if a tour is partially completed, delayed, or otherwise affected by circumstances outside your control.
Refund amounts will be determined based on operator policies and the portion of the service delivered.

Refunds may take 7–14 business days to process after approval.
